Shipping & Delivery
We ship internationally. Shipping timelines and fulfillment locations can vary based on the product type, your delivery address, and inventory availability.

Nearest-available fulfillment: We aim to ship from the closest available warehouse or fulfillment location when possible.
Multiple origins: Some items may ship from US/CA/UK (including China) depending on stock and product type.
Estimated delivery: The most accurate delivery estimate is shown on the product page and/or during checkout.
Tracking: Once your order ships, we’ll email tracking details. Tracking updates can take time to appear depending on the carrier and route.

Missing Item from Your Order? Here's What to Do
We’re sorry for any inconvenience. If you ordered multiple items, they may be shipped separately and delivered on different dates. In most cases, split shipments arrive within 24–48 hours of each other.
Allow time for delivery: Carriers may deliver packages on different routes and schedules.
Contact support: If it has been more than 48 hours since the first delivery and you still haven’t received all items, please contact our Customer Support team with your order number and the missing item details.

Returns

Warranty

How can I submit a warranty claim?
Please email us and include the following:

- Your first and last name
- Your order number
- The item number (SKU) of the product
- Your shipping address
- Photos/video of the issue
- Please be sure to include your original order number so we can help you as quickly as possible.
