Q1: What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A: For most custom lighting and furniture, we can start from 1 piece. Larger orders are also welcome and will receive more favorable pricing.


Q2: Can you work from just a photo or a rough sketch?
A: Yes. A single photo, screenshot or simple sketch is enough for us to start. You don’t need technical drawings—we’ll help translate your idea into a producible design.


Q3: How much does a custom piece cost?
A: Pricing depends on the size, materials, structure and quantity. Once you email us your idea and basic requirements, we’ll suggest suitable options and send a clear quotation before any production.


Q4: How long does the custom process take?
A: For most projects, design development and sampling take about 7–15 days. International delivery is typically 30–60 days, depending on design complexity and the destination country. We’ll confirm a realistic schedule with you before you place the order.


Q5: Do you provide samples before a bulk order?
A: Yes. We can make a sample for your approval before moving into mass production, and sample fees apply. If you later place a larger order, we’ll offer a more competitive unit price based on the final quantity.


Q6: Can you ship directly to my customer (drop shipping)?
A: Yes. We support direct shipping to your warehouse or end customer, including neutral packaging and your documents or branding if needed.


Q7: How do you protect my images and creative ideas?
A: Any photos, sketches or creative concepts you send are treated as confidential. We only use them to develop and produce your project. We do not share them, sell them or reuse them for other customers or purposes, and we don’t keep them longer than necessary to complete your order.


Q8: What if something arrives damaged or with quality issues?
A: Please contact us with photos or videos as soon as you notice a problem. We will work with you to repair, replace or resend the affected items or parts, depending on the situation.


Q9: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We currently use PayPal as our main payment method. It offers secure, traceable payments and strong protection for both sides, which is especially important for international custom orders.


Q10: Which countries do you ship to?
A: We ship worldwide, with most of our custom projects going to the US and Europe. Tell us your country, city and ZIP/postcode, and we’ll check the best shipping options and costs for your order.
