Return

How do I return an item?
Within 100 days of your purchase, visit our self-service returns center to initiate and complete your return. You'll need your order number and the email address used to place your order.

If you’ve already assembled your product, no longer have the shipping/packing materials, or it came damaged/defective, reach out to our Customer Happiness Team and we’ll look into other options for you.

Our Return Policy 

We want you to be happy with your Anmytek purchase and offer a 30-day return policy on most orders. Returns will be accepted within 30 days of delivery, in their original packaging. Assembled and final sales items cannot be returned.

For returns not due to defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped products, we charge a flat fee of $50 per item (“Flat Fee”) in addition to a restocking fee of 10% of what you paid for the product(s) (“Restocking Fee”). As soon as the returned product(s) are received back to our warehouse in good condition, a refund (minus the Flat Fee and Restocking Fee) will be issued to your original form of payment. 

Anmytek sometimes charges shipping (“Shipping Fee”). When Anmytek chooses to do so, the Shipping Fee is non-refundable, including on returned items (unless the item is defective, damaged, or was incorrectly shipped). When Anmytek charges a Shipping Fee, the Restocking Fee is calculated from the amount you paid for the product minus the Shipping Fee.
