03 Shipping & Delivery


How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Orders are shipped from our warehouse in California.

If you're on the West Coast, you'll receive your order in 3-5 business days.

If you're on the East Coast, you'll receive your order in 8-11 business days. 

Note: For East Coast orders, packages ship out of our warehouse on Tuesdays and Fridays to a processing hub in Kentucky. From there, orders should arrive within 3-5 business days. Please allow up to 4 days for your tracking to update from “label created” status to “in transit”. This is normal and your tracking will show movement after FedEx completes the initial scan.

Missing Item from Your Order? Here's What to Do

Introduction: We apologize for any inconvenience caused by a missing item from your order. If you ordered multiple items, they may be delivered in separate shipments. However, most separated orders are delivered within 24-48 hours of each other.

Allow Time for Delivery: Please allow the designated delivery time to elapse before assuming an item is missing. Delivery carriers may follow different routes and schedules for each package, resulting in varying delivery times.

Contacting Customer Support: If it has been more than 48 hours since the initial delivery and you still haven't received all the items from your order, please reach out to our Customer Happiness Team. Provide your order number and details of the missing item(s) so that we can assist you promptly.

05 Return

How do I return an item?
Within 100 days of your purchase, visit our self-service returns center to initiate and complete your return. You'll need your order number and the email address used to place your order.

If you’ve already assembled your product, no longer have the shipping/packing materials, or it came damaged/defective, reach out to our Customer Happiness Team and we’ll look into other options for you.

Our Return Policy 

We want you to be happy with your Anmytek purchase and offer a 30-day return policy on most orders. Returns will be accepted within 30 days of delivery, in their original packaging. Assembled and final sales items cannot be returned.

For returns not due to defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped products, we charge a flat fee of $50 per item (“Flat Fee”) in addition to a restocking fee of 10% of what you paid for the product(s) (“Restocking Fee”). As soon as the returned product(s) are received back to our warehouse in good condition, a refund (minus the Flat Fee and Restocking Fee) will be issued to your original form of payment. 

Anmytek sometimes charges shipping (“Shipping Fee”). When Anmytek chooses to do so, the Shipping Fee is non-refundable, including on returned items (unless the item is defective, damaged, or was incorrectly shipped). When Anmytek charges a Shipping Fee, the Restocking Fee is calculated from the amount you paid for the product minus the Shipping Fee.

06 Warranty

We offer a 30-day warranty against manufacturer defect, damaged and/or missing parts. If there are any issues with your product during this time, please reach out to our Customer Service team by emailing us at service@anmytek.com.

How can I submit a warranty claim?

All products purchased new from Anmytek with a lifetime manufacturer warranty. If you experience any defects in the materials or workmanship of your product, please contact us with the following information:

Your first and last name
Your order number
The item number of the product
Your shipping address
Photos/video of the issue

Please be sure to include your original order number so we can help you as quickly as possible.
