Shipping & Delivery

We provide Free Shipping & Delivery for all orders. You have the right to cancel your order within 24 hours of payment confirmation and get a full refund.

Any product that has been shipped and received without quality problem does not qualify for a return. You are eligible for a partial/full refund (shipping charge not included) or exchange (accessories excluded) if we shipped you a defective, damaged or mis-shipped item.

Before attempting to return an order you will need to contact our customer service team to apply for returns. And please note that we may offer corresponding return policy or solution to customer's application based on different problems or situations.
